Habitat Helpers - Native Landscaping Workday

Join our Habitat Helpers volunteers to care for the native plant habitat at the Trail Conference headquarters. We learn about native plants and care for the habitat by weeding, planting, pruning and mulching.  Bring work gloves and your favorite garden tools if you have some and dress for the weather.

Please sign-up so we know how many people to expect and we can let you know of any changes of plans due to weather.

Master Gardeners of Bergen County may count their time volunteering as service hours.

For volunteers under age 18, please submit a Guardian Consent form to [email protected] prior to the volunteer day or bring the paper form the day of. A parent or guardian must be present for the volunteer day.

This Event counts as part of Trail U curriculum.

Attending this worktrip will fulfill the "Non-Trail U NYNJTC Event" elective for any of the 3 curriculum tracks. Fill out your attendance in the Trail U Brochure to track your progress and earn a patch upon completion!
